I love bananas.

If I could eat one food for the rest of my life, it would not be bananas. But I do love them. I also love writing. And mornings. Probably because of the bananas.

Growing up, I wanted to be an engineer because it seemed practical (hi, dad!). But in college, I joined a sketch comedy troupe, developed an obsession with words, and dreamed of becoming a television writer. So, I went for it. For three years, I wrote scripts, took unpaid internships, and drove a D-list horror film director to his doctor’s appointments.

By 2017, I’d seen enough. I moved to Boston and went all in on copywriting. Now I work at a travel company where I write about travel, daydream about travel, and sometimes actually travel so I can come back and think some more about travel.
